Mark BradleyMark Bradley prosecutes regulatory cases for the General Dental Council concerning dentists’ fitness to practise.
He manages the investigation of cases referred to the GDC’s Practice Committee by the Investigation Committee.
Mark deals with interim proceedings, where the question of temporary suspension from practice or the imposition of conditions can arise and provides legal advice on a range of issues regarding Fitness to Practise under the General Dental Council (Fitness to Practise) Rules.
He has experience in dealing with expert evidence and in presenting allegations encompassing a wide range of conduct and competence issues.
He also prosecutes cases involving illegal practice by dentists and other dental care professionals under the Dentists Act including cases of illegal tooth whitening and unregistered practice.
Mark provides guidance in relation to applications made to the GDC under the Data Protection Act and the Freedom of Information Act regarding requests for access to information held by the organisation.
